Effective February 1, 2006, we acquired the stock of Southeastern Pipe Line Company. Southeastern Pipe Line Company relocated its offices to Tyler, Texas and designated Vernon E. Faulconer, Inc. (VEF) as contract Operator of its properties in Wharton and Fort Bend counties. VEF will be responsible for collecting joint interest billings and distributing revenue payments effective as of March 2006.
