Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate production history by utilization of field reports and direct communications with field personnel.
• Optimize production by use of historic trends, automated controls, and cycle manipulation to maximize gas and fluid production.
• Maintain complete electronic data entry records.
• Monitor alarm systems and coordinate timely notification of field personnel.

Required Qualifications:

• General knowledge of oil and gas field operations to include knowledge of surface oil and gas equipment, compressor operations, and down hole preferred, but not required.
• Well developed computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications (e.g. Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Previous work experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving. 
• Strong communication/interpersonal skills to include the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Well-developed organization skills with ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
• Strong time management skills to balance quality and quantity of work demands.
• Demonstrated professionalism with capability to represent the organization to employees, contractors, and vendors.
• Experience in well automation preferred, but not required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required, with Associates degree or higher preferred.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis for anyone other than your current employer.
